리프랩(leaflab, 이하 "회사")은 모바일 애플리케이션 고민체크(WorryCheck)(이하 "서비스")의 개인정보 처리에 대해 다음과 같이 알려드립니다.

1. 앱 계정 및 기본 개인정보

서비스는 앱 계정을 만들지 않으며 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 광고 식별자, 분석 SDK 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 선택 기능과 구독 처리를 위해 아래 항목이 제한적으로 처리될 수 있습니다.

서버 오남용 방지를 위한 해시 처리된 네트워크 식별자

2. 사용자가 앱에 입력한 데이터(고민 텍스트)

기본 원칙: 모든 고민, 메모, 편지, 결과는 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 자동으로 외부 서버에 업로드하거나 백업하지 않습니다. 사용자가 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.

3. 정원사 노트 / AI Recall / 함께 돌보기(선택 기능) 데이터 처리

서비스에는 "정원사 노트"와 "함께 돌보기"라는 선택형 AI 정리 기능이 있습니다. 사용자가 자라는 씨앗을 다시 돌볼 때 명시적으로 AI 기능 버튼을 누른 순간에만 다음 데이터가 일시적으로 외부 AI 모델로 전송될 수 있습니다.

처리 경로:

앱에서 회사의 Vercel Function으로 전송
Vercel Function에서 Anthropic Claude API로 전달(Zero Data Retention 옵션 사용)
AI 응답은 앱으로 반환되며 사용자의 기기에만 저장

보장 사항:

정원사 노트 원문 요청은 응답 직후 회사 서버 메모리에서 폐기됩니다.
함께 돌보기는 원격 저장이 설정된 경우 익명 설치 ID 아래 대화와 고민별 짧은 기억 요약을 저장할 수 있습니다.
Anthropic은 Zero Data Retention 옵션에 따라 학습에 사용하지 않고 30일 후 자동 삭제합니다.
AI 사용량 카운터는 기기 내에 저장되며, 서버는 원문 IP가 아닌 해시 키로 요청량만 제한합니다.
AI 정원사를 끄면 어떤 고민 텍스트도 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
설정에서 함께 돌보기 대화와 고민별 기억을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

4. 알림 권한 사용 목적

iOS 및 Android 알림 권한은 다음 용도로만 사용합니다.

사용자가 직접 설정한 "다시 돌볼 날" 알림
선택적으로 켤 수 있는 매일 오후 10시 "오늘의 씨앗 심기" 안내

알림 토큰은 외부 서버에 전송하지 않습니다.

5. 결제 정보(구독 기능 사용 시)

"마음 정원+" 구독을 결제하는 경우:

결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리됩니다.
회사는 결제 금액, 카드 정보, 계좌 정보를 직접 보거나 저장하지 않습니다.
구독 상태 확인은 RevenueCat을 통해 익명 앱 사용자 ID로만 처리합니다.

6. 제3자 제공

위 3, 4, 5번에 설명한 처리 외에는 어떤 제3자에게도 데이터를 제공하지 않습니다.

7. 광고 및 추적

서비스는 광고를 표시하지 않으며 분석 SDK(Firebase, Amplitude 등)를 사용하지 않습니다. 광고 식별자(IDFA, AAID) 접근 권한도 요청하지 않습니다.

8. 데이터 삭제

앱 내 삭제: 설정 > 데이터 초기화로 모든 고민, 메모, 편지, 기록 즉시 삭제
앱 삭제: 기기에서 앱을 삭제하면 모든 로컬 데이터 삭제
정원사 노트(AI Recall) 호출 데이터: 호출 직후 서버 메모리에서 폐기
함께 돌보기 대화와 고민별 기억: 설정에서 삭제 가능

9. 아동 정보 보호

서비스는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 변경 고지

본 방침이 변경될 경우 앱 업데이트 또는 본 문서 상단의 "최종 업데이트" 날짜로 변경 사항을 안내합니다.

1. No app account or basic personal profile

WorryCheck does not create app accounts and does not collect name, email, phone, location, advertising identifier, or analytics SDK data. The limited processing below may occur only for optional Gardener Notes (AI Recall), Together Care conversations, subscriptions, and abuse prevention.

2. Worry text stays on your device

Every worry, note, letter, and resolution is stored only in the local SQLite database on your device. Nothing is automatically uploaded or backed up.

3. Gardener Notes / AI Recall / Together Care (optional, opt-in)

When and only when you explicitly tap "Gardener Notes" or "Together Care" on a worry seed:

The worry text, your new entry, recent care conversation, and optional letter are sent to our Vercel Function
The Function forwards the request to Anthropic Claude API with Zero Data Retention enabled
The response is returned to your device and stored locally
If remote API storage is configured, Together Care may store conversation messages and a short worry-specific memory under an anonymous install ID so the AI can read prior care context for that same worry
Usage counters are stored on device; rate limits use hashed keys instead of raw IPs
Disable AI Gardener in Settings to ensure no worry text leaves your device
You can delete Together Care conversations and memories from Settings

4. Notifications

Used only for revisit reminders and the optional 10pm "today's worry seed" prompt. No push tokens are transmitted externally.

5. Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see payment details. Subscription state is verified via RevenueCat using an anonymous app user ID.

6. No third party sharing

Outside the processing described above, no data is shared with any third party.

7. No ads, no analytics

No ad networks, no analytics SDKs, and no advertising identifier access.

8. Data deletion

In app: Settings > Reset data
Uninstalling the app deletes local data
Gardener Notes (AI Recall) in-memory request data is discarded immediately after each call
Together Care conversations and worry memories can be deleted in Settings

9. Children under 13

Not directed at children under 13; no data is knowingly collected from them.
